Cast iron anti condensation valve 1"

Code: ER-TACF11

Commissioning and maintenance

Ensure all air is purged (vented) from the circuit after installation.

Start-up phase (Below 60°C): Port A is closed. Water circulates only between Port B (bypass) and Port AB (boiler inlet). This allows the boiler to heat up quickly, avoiding condensation.

Opening phase (At 60°C): The thermostatic element senses the temperature and begins to open Port A. Cold water from the system return begins to mix with the hot water from the bypass.

Operating phase (Above 60°C): As the temperature increases (typically by 10-12°C above the 60°C threshold), Port B closes completely. The boiler now receives full flow from the system, protected from low temperatures that could cause corrosion.

We recommend checking the connections and tightness at least once per season.

If the valve is blocked by impurities, it must be dismantled and cleaned or replaced.
